Online Purchase returns
While we hope that you’re always pleased with goods in your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If you have ordered a product from our stock range then simply email our sales department, who will provide you with a returns information as per our T&Cs 14-14.5 Then arrange for the goods to be returned to ourselves by our carrier or your own carrier service and we will be happy to refund your order.
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your goods to qualify for a refund .Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Decolight being unable to refund you.
We recommend that you use insured registered delivery services and keep the receipt. We cannot liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, unless the item is faulty. If is returned at your own cost.
