Delivery Charges :
Free delivery on all orders providing delivery is within the UK mainland ( this does not include Northern Ireland , Channel Islands & the Highlands of Scotland) Additional Fees will apply.
All Trade clients are not subject to delivery for themselves and their clients (carriage is paid for) providing their delivery is within the UK mainland.

Urgent Delivery:
We understand that from a personal and professional experience that sometime there may be an urgent need for a delivery. Therefore should you require immediate delivery on any of our items please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to get the good to you as soon as possible (extra delivery charges may be applicable).
Carrier Deliveries and Safe Place RequestsBy placing an order with Decolight, you agree that delivery may be made by third-party courier services. If you request or consent to the goods being left in a safe location (e.g., porch, garage, with a neighbour, or other designated area), you accept full responsibility for the goods from the time of delivery. Decolight cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items once delivered to the location specified.
Alternative Delivery AddressesIf you choose to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address (e.g. a gift recipient, place of work, contractor site), you accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and security of that delivery location. Decolight shall not be liable for any loss, non-delivery, or damage arising from goods being delivered to a third-party location as instructed by the customer.
We recommend all deliveries be received in person where possible, and any issues with deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
