Delivery Overview

We work with national and specialist carriers to deliver lighting safely and efficiently. Delivery times vary by product and supplier and are provided as estimates only.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.
  • Time is not of the essence.
  • Some products (including made-to-order, European or Far East sourced items) may take longer, particularly around holiday periods.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are complete and accurate, including:

  • house/flat numbers
  • building names
  • access instructions

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Safe-Place Delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our carriers may leave parcels in a secure safe place at the delivery address. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • a porch
  • doorstep
  • garage
  • shed
  • neighbour’s property 

A signature is not required unless a signature-only service has been selected at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Confirmation may included 

  • delivery photographs
  • GPS location data
  • time-stamped tracking records
  • signature capture (where applicable)

Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the Goods passes to the Customer.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect Goods promptly on delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Non-Receipt Claims

If delivery is confirmed by the carrier but the Customer reports non-receipt, the matter is treated as a post-delivery or third-party loss.

We may assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate, but we are not obliged to issue a refund or replacement for Goods confirmed as delivered.

Fraud & Abuse

Where delivery evidence confirms receipt, fraudulent or abusive delivery claims may result in:

  • refusal of refunds or replacements
  • account suspension
  • refusal of future orders

Confirmed deliveries are defended in any chargeback or payment dispute.
