Delivery Charges :
Free delivery on all orders providing delivery is within the UK mainland ( this does not include Northern Ireland , Channel Islands & the Highlands of Scotland) Additional Fees will apply.
All Trade clients are not subject to delivery for themselves and their clients (carriage is paid for) providing their delivery is within the UK mainland.

Urgent Delivery:
We understand that from a personal and professional experience that sometime there may be an urgent need for a delivery. Therefore should you require immediate delivery on any of our items please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to get the good to you as soon as possible (extra delivery charges may be applicable).
Carrier Deliveries & Safe Place Requests
By placing an order with Decolight, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may be made by third-party courier services.
Where a customer requests, authorises, or consents to a parcel being left in a safe place (including but not limited to a porch, garage, outbuilding, reception area, neighbour, or other designated location), responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Decolight cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions provided or accepted by the customer.
Alternative Delivery Addresses if you choose to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address (e.g. a gift recipient, place of work, contractor site), you accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and security of that delivery location. Decolight shall not be liable for any loss, non-delivery, or damage arising from goods being delivered to a third-party location as instructed by the customer.
We recommend all deliveries be received in person where possible, and any issues with deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
Delivery, Address Accuracy & Investigation Policy
We take great care to ensure all orders are dispatched securely and accurately. To protect both our customers and our business from delivery issues and fraudulent claims, the following policy applies to all orders placed with Decolight.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete, accurate, and unambiguous, including (where applicable) flat or unit numbers, business names, site details, and access instructions.
Orders are dispatched strictly to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Decolight cannot accept liability for delivery issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided by the customer.
Proof of Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is deemed complete when the carrier confirms delivery. Confirmation may include one or more of the following:
- Signature capture
- Delivery imagery
- GPS location data
Where the carrier confirms successful delivery, the order is not considered lost.
Safe Place & Third-Party Deliveries
Carriers may, in accordance with their standard procedures, leave parcels in secure locations or deliver to reception areas, neighbouring premises, or associated businesses.
Deliveries completed in this manner are considered valid where they align with carrier procedures and/or customer delivery instructions.
Decolight cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to third-party premises, shared buildings, business locations, or unattended areas where access, authority, or security arrangements are unclear.
Delivery Investigations
In the event of a delivery query, Decolight will raise a formal investigation with the carrier where appropriate. Carrier investigations typically take 7–21 days to complete.
During an active investigation:
- Refunds, replacements, or returns cannot be processed
- Orders confirmed as delivered are not eligible for cancellation
Fraud Prevention
To protect genuine customers and ensure fair and sustainable trading, Decolight reserves the right to:
- Delay dispatch
- Request address or identity verification
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Decline repeat orders
where delivery discrepancies, address inconsistencies, or unusual transaction patterns are identified.
This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business and applies to all orders placed with Decolight.
