Are different lampshades available from the ones shown in the web catalogue?
Yes, alternative lampshades are available on our bases as part of our special/bespoke orders. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail our sales team.
Do you have an installation service?
We do not presently operate an installation service for our products. All of our light fittings can be easily installed by a qualified electrician. We recommend that you visit NICEIC Electrician Lookup. This website lists qualified electrical contractors in your area.
When will my orders be delivered?
Stock items are delivered the following day by overnight carrier. Special/bespoke orders are also delivered the following day by overnight carrier when these items are available.
Do you offer other services?
Yes, we have operated within the lighting industry for nearly 15 years, and we are pleased to offer many forms of lighting-retailed services for both trade and retail customers: lighting consultancy (both trade & domestic) and full lighting design services.
