Delivery Services

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at the time you order.

It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct. If your delivery details change, please contact our customer services department within 24 hours bye-mail: customerservices@decolight.co.uk.

Once goods have been dispatched, we cannot change delivery details.

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example P O BOX.

We offer delivery Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm by national carrier on an overnight service from stock. A signature is required.

If you are not in when the delivery is made the carrier will leave a card for you to rearrange or collect your goods. Where you have ordered multiple items we reserve the right to dispatch separately.

All goods remain the property of DECOLIGHT LTD until they have been delivered to the address stated on the order, then they are at your own risk and we are not liable for their loss or damage.

All orders of a value less than £300 have a delivery fee of £10 plus VAT. Delivery is free on orders of £300 or more.
